ok maybe not ALL the time, of course i like da " girly L.A girl look or the Taylor Momsen" look in a girl , like the chicks on the series The City, when they wear those nice dresses with the "i can tell those are expensive" heels looking like a modern Marie Antoinette' lol love em and i think they're gorgeous cus theyre not sluty dresses theyre perfect . sometimes , actualy at all times a girl should stay girly!!!! i think is hott with the extra T! lol but, is rare which becomes hott wen they do something unsual like the pic above aswell ! so you never know maybe for this winter 2011 not only the dudes will be rocking a crew with a snap, idk we'l see..
